  Strategic principles 
  As part of our strategy development we have formulated three strategic principles based on customer centricity, vision for Magnit and strategy implementation drivers. 
   LFL sales growth 
  In 4Q 2018 for the first time during last 2 years Magnit saw LFL sales improvement driven by store renovations program. 
   Values for Employees 
  In 2018 the Company launched initiatives to establish a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in order to modernize incentive models and career development principles, create a positive working environment. 
   New Board of Directors 
  A new Board of Directors was elected in 2018. All seven Directors are non-executive and five out them are independent.
